Who we are and what we sell
EntitledUK (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates entitleduk.co.uk. By using this website and purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
We sell a pre-compiled evidence pack (the “Pack”) for £29.99. The Pack is an information product containing publicly available VOA data, a personalised draft challenge letter, and a submission guide — assembled specifically for your property and postcode.
What you are buying — and what you are not
The Pack is an information product only. When you purchase:
- You receive a personalised document to help you understand whether a council tax challenge may be worth pursuing.
- You submit the challenge to the VOA yourself, directly. EntitledUK does not submit anything on your behalf.
- EntitledUK is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, financial advice, or representation.
- The Pack does not include solicitor review, legal representation, or advocacy of any kind.
No guarantee of outcome
We do not guarantee that your council tax band will be reduced. A successful challenge depends on many factors outside our control, including the VOA's assessment and local comparable evidence. Purchasing the Pack does not create any entitlement to a refund, compensation, or further service if the VOA declines your challenge.
Band increase warning
Important: risk of band increase
In a small number of cases — fewer than 0.1% — a VOA review triggered by a challenge can result in your council tax band being raised rather than lowered. This is rare, but it is possible. By proceeding with a VOA challenge, you accept this risk. EntitledUK accepts no liability for any band increase that results from a challenge you submit.
Liability cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EntitledUK's total liability to you in connection with any purchase is limited to a refund of the purchase price paid (£29.99). We are not liable for:
- Any increase in your council tax band or resulting financial loss.
- Any indirect, consequential, or special loss.
- Decisions made by the VOA or any other government body.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
Intellectual property
The Pack is licensed for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish its contents without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website or any data obtained from it for commercial purposes, bulk data extraction, or any unlawful activity.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The terms in force at the time of your purchase apply to that transaction.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK consumer protection legislation, which these terms do not affect.
