We want you to be confident purchasing from EntitledUK. This policy explains clearly when you are and are not entitled to a refund. We have tried to keep it straightforward.
14-day right to cancel (before delivery)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, provided your evidence pack has not yet been delivered.
Once your pack has been delivered to your email address, the right to cancel under these regulations no longer applies — you will have received the digital product you purchased.
To cancel before delivery, contact us immediately after purchase and we will process a full refund within 5 business days.
Material-error refund
If your evidence pack contains factual errors in the underlying data — for example, if the property address, council tax band, or comparable properties listed are demonstrably incorrect — we will issue a full refund or corrected pack at your choice.
To claim a material-error refund, email us within 30 days of purchase with details of the specific error. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
When refunds do not apply
How to request a refund
Email us via the contact page within 30 days of purchase with:
- Your name and email address used at purchase
- The postcode and property address from your pack
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe and typically clear within 5–10 business days.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK legislation.
